- Level 1 - Standard Services: CareFirst provides standard SCN Navigation services to Medicaid Fee-for-Service members, including members who have both Medicare and Medicaid, and Medicaid Managed Care members who do not qualify for Enhanced HRSN Services, helping members connect with available community, state, and federal resources to address their health-related social needs.
- Level 2 - Enhanced Services: CareFirst provides Enhanced HRSN services to eligible Medicaid Managed Care members who meet the criteria for an Enhanced Population, helping address qualifying health-related social needs through enhanced services and care management.
